Insurance

Rise is not contracted with any insurance companies, however statements for reimbursement (superbills) are provided. There isn't that much of a difference cost, however there is in the quality and results. Your insurance provider will have details about out-of-network coverage.

Cancellation Policy​

​

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled, you will be charged in full. Rise strives to deliver high quality by seeing a lower volume of clients each day, this means space is limited. Thank you for understanding.
